Recruiting – project manager

UPDATE 4 APRILwe are delighted to have appointed someone to the role of Project Manager and Developer, subject to DBS and legal checks. Due to start next month, watch this space for an introduction to this new member of staff!

We are excited to announce that we are looking to recruit a Project Manager and Developer to help oversee and build the work of Community Lives Matter. This is an opportunity for someone with experience in the voluntary sector to use their skills and know-how to make a significant impact on the work we do in our community.

This is a half-time role for an initial period of two years and has been made possible through a National Lottery Community Fund grant, for which we are extremely grateful. We plan for the role to continue beyond the two years, subject to successful future funding applications, potentially also developing into a full-time role.

The role will involve overseeing volunteers, managing existing projects and heading up the development of new projects. Good people skills and the ability to relate to and understand the needs of people in our community are essential.

The working schedule is flexible, provided that activities and volunteers are adequately managed. The successful candidate will be expected to work out of our centre in Ormskirk, but will also be able to work flexibly from home or other locations.

Please see the documentation below for details and application form. For further information, please contact us or email neil@communitylivesmatter.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
