Weekly Luncheon Club

Every Wednesday, our luncheon club serves a fantastic three course meal. But it’s not just about the food – friendship, a warm welcome and being part of a community all contribute to a greater sense of well-being. More 🠒

Asylum Seekers Support

From our Friday afternoon drop-in, support with GP registration and medical needs to help with claims for asylum and conversational English, we stand with asylum seekers and refugees as they look to establish a new life in this country. More 🠒

Monthly Dementia Café

The dementia café is a monthly point of contact and support for people living with dementia, their family members and carers. With fun activities and advice on services, it provides a welcome space for everyone whose life is affected by dementia. More 🠒

Dementia bowls and carers support group

“Stay social, stay active” is the advice often given to people living with dementia. Our indoor bowls group gives an invaluable opportunity to play to those with dementia, and a welcome break and social space to family members and carers. Laughter guaranteed! More 🠒

Befriending

Loneliness has become the number one social need for many people. Our volunteer befrienders look to support lonely and vulnerable people with phone calls and possible meetings/visits. We are currently recruiting volunteers to develop this provision, if you are interested, please do get in touch. More 🠒

Tutoring

Starting after the pandemic, when many children found themselves falling behind, whether through lack of digital access during school closures or individual circumstances, we decided to support and work with local schools to supplement government funding to ensure that the most vulnerable children receive the support they need in their education. More 🠒
